Sodhani Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to assist us in buying products that are essential for our company’s day-to-day operations. The candidate will be responsible for pricing, quality, and also ensuring optimal stock levels.

Job Title- Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities and Duties

· * To explore and search potential vendors of Natural Dyes and Herbal Extracts

· * Preparing and maintaining database of all the prospects| Entering order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases

· * Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing | Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers

· * Maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices

· * Maintaining good relationships with key suppliers

· * Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery

· * Reviewing the quality of purchased products

· * Monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed

· * Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage

· * Attending trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends
* Regularly coordinating with the logistics person and keeping a check on his daily working

 

 

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

· Proven work experience of 2-3 years as a purchasing executive, agent, or similar role with advanced market research skills

 

· Solid analytical skills with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analysis to make sure you’re identifying the most profitable offers

· Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)

· Understanding of supply chain procedures

· Negotiation skills


Candidates will qualification such as B.Sc. in biotech, pharmacy, ayurveda, with MBA will be preferred.

Salary: INR 30,000.00 to INR 35,000.00 /month

Compliance & HR Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance & HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in compliance, documentation, ESOPs, legal matters, payroll, talent development, and exit formalities. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth operation of compliance and HR functions, supporting the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance

  • Draft and prepare resolutions, meeting minutes, explanatory statements, notices, agendas, and supplementary papers.
  • Handle corporate actions such as increasing the authorized share capital, amending the Memorandum and Articles of Association, raising paid-up share capital via rights issues, private placements, and bonus issues.
  • Oversee end-to-end ESOP-related tasks, including share transfers and issuing share certificates.
  • Possess a sound understanding of Company Law, GST Laws, and other applicable tax regulations.

Legal Matters & Drafting

  • Exhibit excellent communication and drafting skills, with a strong interest in Intellectual Property Law.
  • Provide legal support for contract review, corporate legal research, and advice on compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Draft legal documents, agreements, and other corporate materials as required.
  • Experience as a corporate lawyer will be an added advantage.

Human Resources

  • Ensure the organization complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with current legislation and company goals.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all HR-related processes.
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll.
  • Address payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries related to payroll.

Qualifications

  • Professional qualifications such as Company Secretary (CS) and a degree in Law (LL.B) are preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, corporate governance, and tax regulations.
  • Strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in a similar role with expertise in corporate compliance, HR management, and legal advisory.
  • Familiarity with ESOP management and corporate restructuring processes will be advantageous.

Sodhani Biotech is looking for a head of Quality & Productionfor our Lab and Production at Jaipur to conduct various experiments & quality tests of our products for textile purpose.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

· Conducting and supporting Lab investigations and experiments.

· Planning, setting up and undertaking controlled experiments and trials.

· Planning quality control tests on ingredients, completed products and product samples

· Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure product integrity and quality control

· Record all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic) with accuracy and responsibility

· Maintain equipment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies

· Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly environment

· Providing technical support to customers

· R&D related to new Color Development, Color Matching, Color Fastness improvement

· Expertise to work on exhaust dyeing machines (IR Dyeing, Garment Dyeing,)

· Hands on experience of dyeing fabrics/yarns like cotton/ wool/silk/ polyester & nylon.

· Good knowledge/experience of colour fastness testing (Rubbing fastness, light fastness, washing fastness & perspiration fastness.)

· Manage production and production planning

· Manage quality of product at production stage

 

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• Proven experience of min 7 years in Lab & Textile Dyeing Industry (required).

• Knowledge of Dyeing and Dyeing Machine

• Knowledge of production of dyes will be an added advantage.

• B Tech in Textile Chemistry and M.Tech in Chemistry degree holder

• Team Leading Experience is mandatory

 

Salary : Upto 10 Lakhs Annual CTC
